They presented the School's activities so far, connections between the School and cultural and educational institutions, as well as some of the future projects, such as case study msub, which will explore the history of the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Belgrade and its role in the project of modernisation in Yugoslavia. The second issue of "Prelom", featuring, among other things, new texts by Kaja Silverman, Boris Buden and Rastko Močnik, was also announced at the presentation.

The School of History and Theory of Images gathers students of history of arts, students from the academies of arts, students of philosophy, sociology, ethnology, and others and tries to involve them in critic and theoretical debates arising as consequences of contemporary visual artistic practice, especially systems and strategies of visual presentations. The School's aim is to implement interdisciplinary approach into studying of theory of arts, theoretical psychoanalysis, ideology criticism, socio-anthropology, review and gender issues, film studies and studies of popular culture. this approach has been initiated by the inflexibility and inefficiency of firmly structured socio-theoretical disciplines which could not properly treat modern multi-polar society.
