Over the past eight years, several hundred authors of various professional and creative orientations have responded to the topics of the fairs with their short video and audio bands, performances and messages, jingles, banners, websites, gifs, series of photos at competitions and exhibitions at the Rex Cultural Center. . Each KEF presentation is, in addition to an inspiring review of the creativity of the popular creative masses, a good opportunity to discuss the issues that the KEF project raises again: who has the time, rights and capacity for contemporary creativity and placement and presentation of creation "under equal conditions"?
